This is a modular course held over 7 months: 9 Saturdays (theory days) , + 3 Sundays (practical workshops) ie 12 full days of course time.

Choose from a wide range of practical workshops including: gardening & seed saving, food forests, pruning & fruit tree shaping, compost/grafting/plant propagation, mushroom growing, eco building, growing inner resilience and a field trip to permaculture properties.
